Self-confidence. So many women in the world lack this basic characteristic, which leads to insecurity and a skewed image of themselves. We want to squash that negativity and bring to light just how perfectly gorgeous each and every woman is.
We could go on and on with this subject, but truly, we feel as though Magan Konoski explains it flawlessly in her own words:
The whole campaign for this session was being "beautifully you". My clients know that I strive to keep things looking very natural and minimalistic. Encouraging women to embrace their natural beauty has been my goal throughout each Boudoir session I've shot. My vision for Boudoir has always been to keep their true selves in the spotlight. I want my clients to feel amazing while getting ready for their shoot, during it, and most importantly I want them to leave feeling sexy. The boost in confidence I see occurring during the shoot is what gives me so much happiness. When someone views my work, I want them to see more than just a pretty face. I want them to see a strong, confident, and beautiful woman emerging from these images. A gorgeous woman with curves, embracing her body. I want people to feel her personality, and sense how she feels as a totally original piece of art. There is no woman like her, and there is no woman like you. Being beautifully you, is so empowering. These sessions do not have to be for someone, I personally love when the women I am doing the shoot for are coming to me, to simply do it for themselves. For me, I feel the most proud when I'm able to show these women what they look like through someone elses' eyes. There is no better gift you could give yourself. At any age, we all deserve to feel sexy, and worthy. Because, we all are worthy of feeling those things. So, I challenge you. Book that shoot, buy that lingerie that you love, and wear it for yourself. Wear that smile, because you are an original. Be you, exude confidence, and lastly be beautifully you.
Just be you, folks. Nobody can do that better than you. And we love the you that you are.
